Fri/Sat 2/2-2/3 Frigus Snowshoe Festival Gaansevoort NY – multiple distances, with very challenging courses for the longer distances – including a marathon and a 30hr ultra, for those crazy enough to tackle that. Info and pre-reg can be found here. Prereg closes at midnight Thurs 2/1.
Sun 2/4 Saratoga Winterfest 5k Saratoga Springs NY – the longest running snowshoe race in the northeast. Info and pre-reg can be found here, including bundling this with the registration for 2/10’s Camp Saratoga race for a discount. Prereg closes on midnight Fri 2/2.
Wed 2/7 – Gore Nordic Citizens Races
Thurs 2/8 Cole’s Woods Races
Sat 2/10 Camp Saratoga 8k Wilton NY – the 2nd longest running snowshoe race in the northeast. Info and prereg.
