from the Frigus RD – there are many good trails, but some wet spots. They’ll have a runnable course set, but you might want to wear warm socks, and bring an extra pair in case you get wet.
Laura & crew marked the Winterfest course today – the course had enough snow but it has been melting, so she recommends bringing traction assistance as well as snowshoes – both will be allowed for Sunday’s race.
