If you’re looking for other options this weekend, there are a couple which may even offer snowshoeing!
On Saturday the race at Wallum Lake will be a trail race AND there’s no race-day registration. The PA Championships are at a ski area with snowmaking capability, so they’re likely to have snow.
Sunday sees the Pond Hockey race in southern central NY (likely a trail event) and the Stone Wall 5k/10k about an hour north of Syracuse, which this year is being billed at the NYS Championship and is likely to have snow.
